How it works

    Install Mentara on your computer. Everything runs locally — no browser tab, no setup marathon.

    Choose a persona

    Pick from the built-in characters or shape your own — voice, personality, the things they know and won't discuss.

    Set it as your mic

    In Discord's settings, pick Mentara as your microphone. That's the whole setup.

    Talk

    They answer in their own voice, right there in your call, remembering the conversation — and actually feeling like someone.
